  • On which day will you arrive?

    Arrival day (from 3:00 p.m.) and departure day (until 10:00 a.m.) is Saturday in the winter season.

  • How high is Königsleiten?

    Königsleiten is located at 1,600 m in Salzburger Land on the border with Tyrol.

  • How is payment made?

    A 20% deposit is due upon booking, the remainder is due 4 weeks before departure.

  • Do I have to bring my own bed linen?

    Bed linen is available at reception upon arrival.

  • What equipment does the kitchen have?

    The holiday apartment's kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, convection oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster and, of course, plenty of dishes.

  • What is available in the apartment - what is not?

    Towels can be rented: small towels for €2.00 and large towels for €3.00 per week, or you can bring your own. Dishwashing detergent and tablets are provided in the apartment.

  • Are there washing machines and dryers?

    Both Haus Lisa and Haus Simone have washing machines and dryers in the basement. €1 coins are required for use.

  • How is the key handover carried out in winter?

    Our reception is open every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the winter season. This is when the apartment is handed over to our guests.

  • Key handover in summer?

    During the summer season, arrival and departure times are flexible. Key handover will be arranged prior to departure.

  • Is there a ski school nearby?

    Right next to our holiday homes there is a ski lift for beginners.

  • Sports shop with ski rental?

    Königsleiten has several sports shops with ski rentals, just a few minutes' walk from our holiday apartments.

  • What is included in the rental price?

    The price includes all additional costs such as energy, internet, final cleaning and bed linen, as well as baby travel cots (without bedding) and high chairs if required.

  • What other costs are there?

    The local tax is charged separately.

  • Where can you shop?

    In Königsleiten there is an ADEG supermarket right in the village, about 200 meters from our holiday apartments.

    Yes, there is an underground car park and outdoor parking spaces.

  • Is the access road to Königsleiten subject to a toll?

    There are no toll charges when traveling through the Zillertal to Königsleiten.

    The nearest train station is in Jenbach in the Zillertal. A narrow-gauge railway connects Zell am Ziller to Jenbach. Zell am Ziller is 26 km from Königsleiten. During peak season, there is a bus service between Zell am Ziller and Königsleiten. Alternatively, you can take a taxi.

  • Are there charging stations for electric cars?

    E-charging stations are available in the Königsleitner Infrastructure Building (KIG) at the entrance to Königsleiten.
