The holiday apartments for up to 6 people are available in House "Lisa" and House "Christine." Each apartment has a large south-facing terrace or balcony with a seating area, sun loungers, and mountain views. Some of the apartments also have a private sauna.
This holiday apartment for up to 8 people (without a sauna) is located in the attic of our House "Christine." One of the bedrooms has a low-ceilinged attic with two single beds—ideal for children. There's a large south-facing balcony with a seating area, lounge chairs, and mountain views.
The holiday apartments for up to 10 people are located in House "Erwin" and in the attic of "Haus Lisa." The apartments feature a large southwest-facing terrace or a spacious southwest-facing balcony with a seating area, deck chairs, and mountain views. Some apartments also with private sauna.

Our holiday homes are located in the heart of the idyllic alpine village of Königsleiten, next to a beginner ski slope. We offer well-equipped holiday apartments for up to 10 people, some with private sauna integrated into the bathroom of the apartment.
The gondola "Königsleitner Dorfbahn", the ideal gateway to the Zillertal Arena ski area, is just 300 meters away. You can park your car in our underground garage. Shopping, sports shops with ski rentals, ski schools, restaurants, and après-ski are all in the immediate vicinity – all within easy walking distance.
Travel cots and highchairs can be borrowed free of charge if needed. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. Ski storage with ski boot warmers is located on site. Sleds can be rented in our reception.
The day of skiing begins on the slopes behind the holiday home and ends in the evening with the last turn directly in front of your holiday apartment.
The Zillertal Arena is the largest connected ski area in the Zillertal valley. It extends to an altitude of up to 2500 meters. 150 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, 52 lifts, a fun park, halfpipe, toboggan runs, and groomed cross-country trails await you.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartments in Königsleiten there are ski schools with children's ski gardens and lunchtime supervision.

The mountain village of Königsleiten, at 1600 meters above sea level, is located in the Zillertal Arena, directly on the border between Tyrol and Salzburger Land in Austria. The holiday apartments in the "Lisa," "Christine," and "Erwin" houses are the ideal accommodation for your winter and ski vacation and the best starting point for a perfect day of skiing. But even in summer, the Hohe Tauern National Park region has a lot to offer for a successful hiking vacation in Austria.
The LANG Holiday Apartments are located on a side street in Königsleiten with little traffic, yet still centrally located. Parking is free in our underground garage. A supermarket is just 150 meters away. Various restaurants, bars, and après-ski options are also within easy walking distance. The Königsleitner infrastructure building at the village entrance also features e-charging stations, doctors, and a bookable co-working office.
